When your donor gets to the payment screen, they’ll see something like:

“Add a contribution to support Zeffy (the only 100% free fundraising platform).”

1. By default, Zeffy suggests a percentage (e.g., 10–15%).

2. To remove this fee, the donor must:

   1. Click the dropdown menu next to the suggested contribution.

   2. Select “Other”.

   3. Enter “$0.00”.

3. This way, the donor pays only the intended donation or ticket cost, with no extra fee.
